Promotions, Gifts & 'FREE' Wedding Photography
Aaron Alvarez Photography does from time to time run promotions both on and off the website. Submitting details is done so on the understanding that decisions on who wins competitions and promotions are entirely at the discretion of Aaron Alvarez. Entering into a competition & promotion does not entitle you to a service. Aaron Alvarez runs competitions and promotions outside of the normal day to day operations and as such, you must be flexible when choosing times. If Aaron Alvarez is not available due to other work commitments you will not be offered any cash equivalent. Competition and promotion winners acknowledge that their prize has a shelf life of 3 months, after which time; if no convenient date can be reached the offer will end. There is no limit (unless otherwise specified) to how many people can participate or win competitions & promotions. Likewise, there may be occasions where there are no winners.
Offers & promotions are not open to friends and family. If Aaron Alvarez Photography has already provided you with a quote or you have made contact regarding a wedding or event, you are automatically not entitles to enter any promotions & competitions - on and off the website.
Aaron Alvarez Photography has limited availability, winners of promotions and competitions will be given a range of dates from Aaron Alvarez Photography. If Aaron is unavailable on your preferred date(s) there will be no alternative and you will no longer be eligible to win any prize.
When will Aaron Alvarez Photography contact me?
If you've completed one of the 'Email Subscription' forms throughout the website or on our Facebook Page, Aaron Alvarez will contact you periodically to let you know about special offers, competitions & promotions. If you have supplied your details in connection with a competition or promotion you may only be contacted if you are a winner. If you don't want to receive any further communication from Aaron Alvarez Photography just let him know via the Contact Me page.
Cancelation Policy
A full refund will be issued if you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the day of the event.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the printed work, just return it and a full refund will be issued (less shipping).
